OFS > NMS: Send crew composition to NMS Crew Info

Send OFS Resource relationships (i.e., Child Resources under an NMS Mobile Crew including Techs and Trucks) to NMS Mobile Crews - Crew Info.

NMS Crew Info: populate Personnel with Name, Job Title, and Employee ID along with Vehicle (Type and ID). Ensure data is read-only. Retrieve from OFS on an on-demand basis (i.e., each time Mobile Crew Info window opened).

Client is BHE.
