Offline Patching

Hi,

I have to install two Oracle Linux Server (OL 7.5 UEK) for a dataguard env. within a datacenter without internet connection. So I couldn't the servers initially update with actual patches via online Oracle Repo or ULN Channels.

Is there a way to download an update repo (as .iso) or rollup patches for offline patching? We have an valid account for ULN and licensed Oracle Linux support.
