oerr for windows?
i am looking for the oerr-utility from unix for an windows-installation. there are a lot of freeware-utilities on the web, but i have no perl installation, an i dont want to install one!
i have found another tool, but this need a 'oraus.msg'-file. but the messagefiles on window are all xxx.msb!
does the message-file for windows exist in ascii? where can i find it?
