OEPE insists server failed to start (when in fact it started ok)

Hello,

I've just installed the latest OEPE (11.1.1.4) after giving up on Workshop. I am trying to start a server that is listening strictly on "localhost" (127.0.0.1). After the server from within Eclipse (the last message in the Console view is "<BEA-000360> <Server started in RUNNING mode>") I immediately get a pop-up window in Eclipse informing me that "Server OSB10gR3 (woskshop cgServer) failed to start."

However, the server is running just fine. I can navigate to the console and access the deployed applications. Why does OEPE think that the server failed to start? With this behavior, I cannot deploy applications to my servers using "Add/Remove programs". My only work-around is to use WLST (or the web console).

I had the exact same behavior when using Workshop (which was the reason I switched to OEPE). See: 1053662
