OEP 12.1.3 installation problem (using quickstart installer)

Hi,

I have installed FMW using the quickstart 12.1.3 installer. Using the steps listed here,

when I try to create an OEP doamin using <<middleware_home>>Oracle_Home\oep\common\bin\config.cmd (on a windows machine), I get this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/bea/plateng/common/CommonException

My middleware_home installation path has no spaces in it.

Has anyone else faced this?
