OEMM 12.2.1.2 - Don't see an option to CONFIGURE

We are using OEMM - 12.2.1.2.0 installed on Linux box.

I am unable to create a new configuration. When I Right click on a folder In the Repository Panel I don't see "Configure". I only see New > Folder and New > Model

Any idea what could be wrong?

We are logging in using Administrator.
