OEM12c: Many False "Disk Device Busy(%)" metric alerts on Windows x64(64 bit) for Oralce 11g databas

Hi Everyone,

We have installed Oracle 12c(12.1.0.5.0) OEM for monitoring our target oracle11g databases which is running on windows x64 version.

We are getting excessive false "Disk Device Busy(%)" metric alerts from OEM even there is no load on the server and currently, we disabled it. I have read many documents and I couldn't find solution for this.

Please, help me if anyone have the knowledge or solution.
