OEM shows The database target currently unavailable and Failed to connect

Hi,

I am using Oracle 11g R2,

My OEM showing the below messages,

The database target is currently unavailable

Agent Connection to Instance
Status Failed
Details Failed to connect to database instance: ORA-12641: Authentication service failed to initialize (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach).

Listener Status is Up.

Please help me to resolve these issue.
