OEM notification method set priority for incidents

hi

I would like to configure the OEM to log an incident against our helpdesk system , the quesiotn is how can I define incident priority ? is it possible?
I only want certain incidents to be raised such as system availability related ones, high cpu, and if sace usage goes beyond 90%. not minor ones..
