OEM - Installation on Two Servers for Infrastructure Monitoring – Licensing Concerns

Hi,

Can we install Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13.5 on two servers to monitor our infrastructure? there is no Data Guard for the repository database.

My concern revolves around potential license violations. After reviewing Oracle's licensing documentation, I found that if we have Data Guard for the OEM repository, additional licensing is required.
