OEM Install Packages RPM

Hi !
I've tried to find some RPM´s packages and I couldn't find. Someone can help-me please:

Checking operating system package requirements ...
Checking for compat-libstdc++-296-2.96-132.7.2; found Not found. Failed <<<<
I have this package installed as follows but de check not recognized it
[root@labora ~]# rpm -qa|grep compat-libstdc++-
compat-libstdc++-296-2.96-132.7.2
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.3

Checking for libstdc++devel-3.4.3-22.1; found Not found. Failed <<<<
I coud not find this package at WEB

Checking for openmotif-21-2.1.30-11; found openmotif-2.2.3-10.1.el4. Failed <<<<
[root@labora u01]# rpm -qa |grep openmotif
I have this package installed as follows but de check not recognized it
openmotif-2.2.3-10.1.el4
openmotif-devel-2.2.3-10.1.el4
openmotif21-2.1.30-11.RHEL4.6

Checking for sysstat-5.0.5-1; found Not found. Failed <<<<
I coud not find this package at WEB
