OEM GC web adress doesn't work

hi,

I've just installed an OEM GC 10.2.0.1 on an existing oracle 10.2.0.3 database (repository).
The installation is ok, but i can't reach to the web adress of GC (http://my_host:4889/em).
However, il can reach to OAS on http://my_host:4889.
I don't understand where is my mistake, an idea??

ps: excuse my english, i'm french ;)
