OEM for Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard x64

Hi there...

I'm looking for Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control Release 3 (10.2.0.3) for Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard x64 Edition SP2 and Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production. I'm not using grid technology, I just want to use the client administration tool and management packs.

I've tried on OTN downloads, but I couldn't found any client instalation for 64bit environment -> http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oem/htdocs/winsoft10g.html

I could find, through Metalink, a download page for OEM Grid Control Management Agent, in wich I can download the 10.2.0.3 agent -> http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oem/htdocs/agentsoft.html

So, I wonder I have to use the client instalation in a 32bit client machine and install this Management Agent x64bit in my DB server host. Am I right?

PS: I'd like to install it on my DB host server (64bit) cuz I need to remotely access the administration tool, without having it installed on client machines.
