OEM error

Hello Everyone,

I started OEM in my machine,( no errors)
status is running

But when i am trying to access, it's not connectiong,
I saw the logfile (emoms.log) in that one error is account is lock, so i checked SYSMAN user account, It is lock,
then i unlock the SYSMAN and restarted the OEM
again sysman account is lock....

What could be the reason....
