oem email notification not sending out email

Hello,

I configure the smtp and tested it. The test message came through. I am not getting email notifications from oem. My email notification schedule is 24/7 every day. I also subscribe to all the rules. Is there a log that tells you which email has been sent out by oem email notification? Thank you.
