OEM did not fired any alerts for a period of time
Hi,
I have a two part problem.
1> I have an alert on SQL Response Time % parameter where the OEM is suppose to fire warning and error alerts. However, there was no alerts fired for about 2 hours by OEM even though it was suppose to fire according to the schedule and threshold values.
2> I am told to create a custom alert script to monitor the SQL Response Time parameter. I am trying to create it based on the SYS.V_$SYSMETRIC_SUMMARY where METRIC_NAME IN ('SQL Service Response Time') but the values are not getting changed in the view.
The OEM version is OEM Grid Control 11g and OS is Solaris 5.8
Any suggestions please.
