OEM Agent Unreachable

When I logged into OEM on my 11g box today, it is giving me an agent unreachable error... Any suggestions.

I have run "emctl status agent" in command line and it gives me an Agent not running status.

Using windows 2008 R2, Oracle 11g

Any help would be great
