Enterprise Manager

I've recently installed Grid 10.2.0.3 (with the hope of patching up to 10.2.0.4). Unfortunately the configuration assistant is failing on the agent configuration.

This is from the agent config files:

The Agent has not been secured.

Instead of failing here, the configuration assistant continues on until it attempts to create the default website, where it finally fails with an ORA-01403: no data found. Which I can only assume is a hangover from the original agent issues.

I then carried out the following:

So my oms and agent are both unsecure which should be ok?

EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet..

Attempting to secure the agent also fails.
It would seem that communication with the OMS and the agent is the issue - my agent and oms are on the same server.

I'm not sure where to go from here so am hoping that someone can help. I've been reading documentation for a couple of days and haven't been able to find a solution.
