OEM 13cR1: Database Consolidation Workbench

Hi,

I do not see all DB's as source candidates.

I do find the EE DB's and some SE's.

All agents are upgraded to the last version.

I even do see some DB's form one host, but others running from the same hosts not (they all up and running in the OEM).
