OEM 13c - RMAN backup jobs shows failure in Job Activity although all jobs executed successfully

Hi Oracle DBAs

The DBAs find that the RMAN backup created in OEM 13c returns an error but when we look at the details for the job , all jobs have executed successfully. This error causes jobs to drop off the execution list and it is a painful task to add them back. Unfortunately, this occurs rather frequently so we are hoping someone might have encountered this before and have a solution.

I am happy to provide more information.

1. Jobs - 5 succeeded, 4 failed
