We have our OEM13c environment monitoring systems but when we click on one of the report links it jumps to a new browser tab and returns the following:

How can we correct this so that it reaches the correct resource for the report? Is it something within the WebLogic Server Administration Console 12c that needs to be adjusted, or is it somewhere else (someone mentioned it could be BI, but uncertain where/how to access that)
