OEM 13c intsallation

Hi All.

We are currently installing OEM 13c R2 on windows 10. However, the installer stops at 67% I have errors from the omsca_log below.

Failed to get environment, environ will be empty: (0, 'Failed to execute command ([\'sh\', \'-c\', \'env\']): java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "sh": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified').

I understand that is an Java issue and a O/S configuration issue. The Javashell.py which is in the Jython-Modules.jar file does not have the 'Windows 10' env variable in it. So there for the OEM 13c installation stops at 67%. is there a workaround for this? Please advise/
