HI Team,
I am installating OEM 13cR3 with repository database in 18c. I have applied latest PSU patch for my repository database as well.
My installation is running for almost a day and i have no clue why it stucks.
FIle system has enough space and I dont see any errors in the logs. Kindly advise to proceed with this.
