OEM 12c -- server hosting multiple databases, how to add newly created Database in OEM

Hi Experts,

I am having a dev server hosting 5 database and all these 5 database are monitored by OEM 12c. I have created a new database but not able to add this new database in OEM for monitoring.

I have navigated as :

Setup -- Add target -- Add target manually -- Add Targets Using Guided Process -- target type (Oracle Database , listener....) -- Specify Host or Cluster -- (given my server name here) -- clicked next tab -- Database discovery results not showing anything.

Please advise me steps to add this new database in OEM.
