OEM 12.0.1.4.2 Patch Install

I'm attempting to install the OEM Patch 19176910 OMS Plugins 12.1.0.4.2 but I'm running into a issue with the install. I have downloaded the zip file and unzipped it. I then set the OMS_HOME to the ORACLE_HOME and included the OPatch in the Patch variable. I then cd into the patch directory and tried to install but get the error below.

oracle@slpmoeml01:EMREP12C:/u01/staging/oem/OEM_PSU2/19176910$ opatch version

OPatch Version: 11.1.0.12.5

OPatch succeeded.

oracle@slpmoeml01:EMREP12C:/u01/staging/oem/OEM_PSU2/19176910$ which opatchauto

/u01/app/oracle/Middleware2/oms/OPatch/opatchauto

oracle@slpmoeml01:EMREP12C:/u01/staging/oem/OEM_PSU2/19176910$ opatchauto apply –analyze

OPatch Automation Tool

Argument(s) Error... Patch Location not valid

Please check the arguments and try again.

OPatchauto failed with error code 135

I also tried the command opatchauto apply –analyze -property /u01/staging/oem/OEM_PSU2/19176910 but get the same error Patch location not valid.

Did I miss something in the readme?
