OEL Rel 5 Downloading Issues

Hello,

I am trying to download OEL Rel 5 32 Bit DVD, however I am facing issues like either one of the following:
1) After download stops and resumes, it gives server returned a 403 error: forbidden
2) Access denied, invalid user name and password.

What could be the reasons for the above errors. I use Free Download Manager to for downloading.
