I scp'd my sda to sdc on a 4 TB external drive. I'm trying to boot but even in rescue mode it can't find the root fs, I followed (Doc ID 2416522.1) not working as no /etc/default dir nor is grub2-mkconfig to be found. Neither is dracut--regenerate ... (rhel doc on same problem).
Just looking for an easy usb backup device to also be used to clone other servers.
