OEL 5.5 can't detect lan adapter on Dell Optiplex 7010

Dear all expertise,

i bought a new Dell Optiplex 7010 to create an EBS R12 test environment .

it is have an ubuntu 11.10 as a linux flavor but i remove it and install fresh OEL 5.5 .

I assumed that there are no problem in drivers but i faced a problem with the network adapter (ETHERNET) .

please I need to :

1 - how to check this problem using command

2 - how to resolve it .
