ODT: How to use / activate "Go To Definition" (CTRL+CLICK)

Hi all,
I just installed ODT (v19.3.4) and i am currently wondering where to activate this function. Or where I can find it. Is this functionality not available as of today? If so, is it planned to integrate it in future releases?
Is there a site available where I can see the topics you guys plan to do/discuss? No need for dates here as it only would be provide a rough overview?
