ODT for VS2017 : edmx is unable to display, also data connection cannot be used

I have a project with few edmx, it can be display and update before November.

It wont display recently, I already reinstall ODAC and ODT several times but doesn't work well.

When I trying to refresh existed connection, it show error message

This is my VS2017 info

Is there any solution?
