ODS Strategy/Architecture

I have about a dozen production oracle ERP databases that each serve a regional branch location. Basically I what to roll all this data into an ODS for reporting and other backoffice functions. What tools (both oracle or third party) are consider BEST to accomplish this. All databases are Oracle and alsmost identical. They updates need to be near realtime.
