ODP.NET Bulk Insert Not working in 64 bit machine

Hi,

I have Created an ASP.NET Web application for Bulk data insertion using ODP.NET.
Application is working in my Windows 7 32 bit machine but ,its not working in the Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit) machine.
I am getting following error :
The provider is not compatible with the version of Oracle client.

Please Help.
