ODP.NET 10g - Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object

Hi

I've installed ODP.NET 10g. Oracle.dataAccess.dll version 10.2.0.100

So, I executed a stored procedure with with three cursor... I opened a dataReader for each cursor... I'm using the NextResult method... but at last dataReader occurs the error: "Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object"

The solution is install ODP.NET 11g, like the post in: 2178351

Is there a hot fix for ODP.NET 10g?
