ODP.Net 10.2.0.100

Hi ,

I have been advised to use Oracle.DataAccess Version 10.2.0.100 for one of my projects [This is the first time i am using Oracle DB].

For the same purpose i downloaded and tried both

Oracle 10g Release 2 ODAC 10.2.0.2.21 and ODAC 11.2 Release 4 (11.2.0.3.0) with Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio from the below link

Regarding the same i have the following queries

1) The Oracle.DataAccess.dll of both show version as for 10G(2.102.2.20) and for 11g(2.112.3.0) whereas i have been told to use 10.2.0.100, how do i get the suggested version?

2) Is 10.2.0.100 version compatible with 11g and .net framework 2\3.5?
