The TNS-pointer for Oracle.ManagedDataAccess is a setting in the config-file.
Any chance of a setting indicating that the TNS-pointer must be taken from the TNS_ADMIN environment variable. The semantics for TNS_ADMIN is the same across OS platforms, so this should not hinder any .Net Core efforts.
