ODI - Working with Clobs and Long Varchar

Hi all

I have a source table "A" that contains a LONG VARCHAR column, which I need to map to a CLOB column in the target table "B". Does the column can be just mapped without any type of "cast" from the LONG VARCHAR to the CLOB column?
