ODI Turkish character issue

Hi Everyone,

Oracle data integrator get the data wrongly from repository for example get "İ" character from repository as "?". how can I fix that. please help me!

Repository Database : Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

ODI version : Standalone Edition Version 11.1.1 Build ODI_11.1.1.7.0_GENERIC_130302.2156
