ODI Tools physical architecture - Cannot enter Data Server info

Under Topology->Physical Architecture->Technologies->ODI Tools->New Data Server

When creating new ODI Tools physical architecture in 12.2.1.3.0, I can't fill out the (Data Server) field. I have supervsior access. I was able to fill this field out before. Anyone else having this issue?
