ODI Print option

Hi -

We are using 11.1.1. ODI. When I try to use ODI feature to print Interfaces/packages information and save as a pdf, ODI is creating 0 byte file. I am not able to get any information. Is it a known bug for this version.. Any patch is available for this issue. Any help is appreciated.
