We are using ODI version 14.1.2, and have used it in production environment for quite a few years. ODI is installed on a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP7
A recently discovered problem is that we can not save the mail parameters in the OdiSendMail tool. We can enter the parameters, ex. Mail Server, Port Protocol etc., but when we try to save the changes, the parameter values disappear (are not saved). Also if we enter the parameter values in the “General” tab, and then change to another tab (Command/Advanced/Memo etc) and back again, then the values are gone.
It has been like this for a while, our previous packages with OdiSendMail are still working, but we cannot get it to save in our new packages.
Does anyone recognise this problem and have any suggestions for a fix? We have of course done various searches through regular search engines and AI, but have not found anything that solves the problem.
