ODI OdiInvoke?wsdl Requests using SOAP insecure even if agent running HTTPS

Is there any way to invoke OdiInvoke?wsdl to run both Scenarios and Load Plans over HTTPS whereby the OdiPassword is not transmitted in plain text?  I've recently tried to harden a standalone agent by way of SSL.  The agent is running properly, however, using tcpdump on 20910 and wireshark still shows packet dumps containing the SOAP request in plain text.
