ODI jobs in waiting state

Hi all,
I have an issue with the ODI jobs.I have multiple jobs running on same odi agent.Some of the jobs are going to waiting state very often .They will resume services after 30,40 minutes and sometimes it will take hours to resume and they resume without any intervention.I didnt limit the processes running on the agent.I dont think some of those jobs are dependent on any other jobs . still they go to waiting state.What can be the issue?
