ODI failed when inserting data into flow table

Hey guys:

One of my recent new ODI package got failed when inserting data into flow table.

Then I try to check the root cause, I found out that the key column has not been created for the temp flow table.

And of cause ODI will fail when try to insert data into the missing key column:

I have no idea why ODI did not create the 'FID' column for temp flow table, appreacate to have your help on this for me.
