ODI Execution Error

I have a mapping on ODI 12C which moves data from csv to Ms Sql Server table. when i run the mapping i get an error below.What is the problem?Should i give more details

ODI-1228: Task Insert new rows-LKM SQL to SQL (Built-In)-Load XXXXX table fails on the target connection YYYYY database.

Caused By: weblogic.jdbc.sqlserverbase.ddc: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]String or binary data would be truncated.
