ODI Encoding Problem

Hello everybody,

I have a problem while transferring data in ODI 12c. The problem is about encoding. My data contains some characters, which are not included in English Alphabet. (I use Turkish characters) It transfers data for those character with '?'. That is to say;

My data looks: M?ster? etc...

How can I correct the data?
