ODI Config and connect to LDAP Server

Hi,
I installed oid on NT2000 by using oracle installer and the installer automatically call oid config assistant. No any error during installation (I used default 389 port). I expected that OID Config Assistanct will config everything for me. BUT I cannot use Oracle Directory Manager to connect LDAP Server.

It said 'Server is not up and running'.

So... I run

c:\oracle\ora92\bin\odimon conect=mydatabase start

c:\oracle\ora92\bin\odictl conect=mydatabase
server=oidldapd instance=3 start

However, I could not connect OID Database by using Oracle Directory Manager to connect LDAP Server. It gave the same error.
