ODI client installation

Hi,
Can anybody help me to install ODI.
I have downloaded odi_windows_x86_101340.zip for installation.
Installed jdk1.5.0_14.

Welcome page is not coming after double clicking on setup.exe (odi_windows_x86_101340\setup\Windows\Disk1\install)
