ODI cannot decrypt the password cipher text which was not encrypted previously by the current master

Hi all,

I'm working with ODI 12.1.3 and I have imported on it one project from another odi 12.1.3 installation and repository.

I have created another project with a new package and some variables, but when I run this package or I refresh one variable, immediately after the choice of the agent and context, a pop-up appears with this error
"javax.crypto.IllegalBlockSizeException: Input length must be multiples of 16

ODI cannot decrypt the password cipher text which was not encrypted previously by the current master repository cipher."

somebody can help me??
