ODI and Planning 11.1.2.x

From what I can see, by purchasing 'Hyperion Planning Plus' we have "Restricted use Oracle Data Integrator and Application Adapter for Data Integration (restricted to use of the Oracle Data Integrator Studio Embedded Agent component for use with Hyperion Planning Plus as the only target),)" +(extracted from Oracle Hyperion Licensing Guide)+

Does anyone know if my understanding is correct - that basically, by puchasing Hyperion Planning Plus, we are (by default) licensed to use ODI to extract meta-data from Oracle EBS and load it to Planning?

Assuming the answer is yes, on edelivery it looks like the current version of ODI is v11.1.1.3.0 - does this work okay with Hyperion Planning v11.1.2.0 and v11.1.2.1?
