ODI-23065 Parameter Key Names Not Unique. Unable to save chnages in Imported Complex file Data Serve

Wea are using Oracle Data Integrator 12.2.1.3.0 version and facing an issue with the imported Complex file Data server. Not able to save the changes in properties of the data server.

But at the same time, if the data server is created newly, it is allowing to change the properties any time. Issue seems to be only with the imported data server connection from other environment.

We have applied the below patch as suggested in Oracle support but the issue is not resolved.
